Cook a moist, flavorful turkey in about 60-minutes with this indoor electric turkey fryer. A motorized rotisserie continually rotates the turkey in and out of the oil for perfect results using only 4 Qt. of oil. Fry up to a 15 lb. turkey (frozen tag weight) in about 4-minutes per pound with this innovative frying method. It uses 1/3rd the oil of traditional electric turkey fryers and only 1/6th the oil of many outdoor fryers, saving money on oil. In addition to frying a delicious turkey, this multi-use deep fryer includes a fry/steam basket that replaces the rotisserie for deep frying fish, fries, and chicken. Its also great for boiling and steaming vegetables and seafood. This indoor electric turkey fryer features stainless steel housing, a spatter-shield cover, an adjustable thermostat, and an 1800-Watt immersion element that assures quick preheating and fast oil temperature recovery. Handy indicator lights show when the unit is plugged in and when oil is ready for frying. Heating element and enameled pot are removable for cleaning.
